On-line Phillumeny Exhibition 2025
Following a recent review, the organising Committee has decided to postpone this year’s On-line Exhibition, and instead concentrate on the John Walker On-line Exhibition in 2026.
As part of the John Walker celebrations there will be a significant On-line Exhibition which will tell the compelling story of John Walker and the enormous impact his humble invention had on society.
This On-line Exhibition will open on 29th May 2026, at the same time as the physical Exhibition in The Parkmore Hotel, and will be linked to it by proving extra depth and detail to the physical exhibits.
It will also give everyone the opportunity to contribute by telling their own stories about the significance of the match industries to their lives.
We are busy designing the Walker Exhibitions, and later this year will be asking for contributions for the 2026 Walker On-Line Exhibition.
