Honorary Society Officers
The titles and roles of all the honorary Society officers are shown below. All roles are voluntary.

| Auctioneer | Conducts the Auction at Society Meetings |
| Auctions Organiser | Operates an Auction held at BML&BS Meetings on behalf of the Society |
| Auditor | Officer responsible for inspecting the Accounts of the Society |
| Editor | Responsible for all aspects of preparing material for publication in the Society magazine, including Advertisements |
| Librarian | Operates a Library on behalf of the Society |
| Membership Secretary | Responsible for all Membership enquiries and renewals |
| New Members Advisor | Assists members on joining the Society |
| On-line Auction Manager | Operates an On-line Auction on behalf of the Society |
| Postal Auction Manager | Operates a Postal Auction on behalf of the Society |
| President | Head of the Society. Chairman at Society Meetings and Committee Meetings. Click here for a list of past Presidents |
| Public Relations / Publicity | Promotes the Society activities |
| Secretary | Responsible for general enquiries relating to the administration of the Society |
| Shows Organiser | Responsible for matters related to Society meetings. Contact for Table bookings |
| Society Bookshop | Officer responsible for enquiries about books and magazines held by the society for sale |
| Treasurer | Responsible for all matters relating to the finances of the Society, except membership subscriptions |
| Webmaster | Responsible for all matters relating to the operation of the Society web site |
